Taking place between Mount Moriah Cemetery and a friends basement, they wanted the video to portray a dream like world, one that is simultaneously spooky and beautiful. Their friend Bad is shown awakening from sleep wandering around the cemetery in a haze, to find a strange mask that transforms them upon putting it on. The ending is left ambiguous as to whether any of it happened or if they were asleep the whole time.
They are an electronic pop band from Philadelphia using haunting lyrical imagery and vintage synthesizers to create a world all their own. One where you can’t tell if it’s 1984 or 2018. Influenced by sounds of early Ministry, “Black Celebration” era, Depeche Mode and 90’s New Order.
